How long does delivery take?
The estimate is 7–14 calendar days from successful payment for eligible US addresses. Your bike ships from China and standard delivery is included. Preview orders are not shipped.
Do you deliver to my state?
We confirm availability for your full address and ZIP code before payment. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and remote addresses need an individual check. The state name alone does not confirm service.
Can I return a bike?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery for an unused, undamaged, complete bike. Actual return transport charges apply. Defect and warranty claims are handled separately; read Returns & refunds.
Can someone repair the bike at my home?
Submit a service request with your order number. After review, we confirm whether a mobile technician or collection for workshop repair is available for your location and issue.
How do I choose the right e-bike?
Start with your usual route, storage space and carrying needs. Compare frame dimensions, bike weight, battery capacity and the configuration of each model.
Can I check out without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout uses your email and delivery details. Preview orders do not charge your payment method.
What warranty comes with my bike?
The bicycle and battery each have a two-year limited seller warranty from delivery. Defect claims are separate from the unused-bike return window. Start a service request with your order number so we can review the issue and confirm the repair or collection route.
